Services we offer

  • Dry needling is the insertion of monofilament needles (i.e. without any injectate) into muscles, ligaments, tendons, subcutaneous fascia, scar tissue and in the vicinity of peripheral nerve tissue. It aims to promote blood flow, improve collagen formation, modulate nerve signaling, and create changes at both the local tissue and the brain to help you overcome pain.

  • Spinal and extremity manipulation is a technique utilized by Osteopaths, Chiropractors, and Physical Therapists. It typically involves a skilled, quick thrust applied to a specific joint and is associated with a “pop” or “crack.” When performed by a professional following a basic health screen, spinal manipulation is demonstrated to be as safe or safer than other modalities in physical therapy, such as exercise or stretching.

  • As a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) with an undergraduate degree in Exercise Physiology, Dr. Eric Leach brings the highest level of education in exercise and fitness to every session. Unlike a personal trainer, a CSCS is a clinician-level credential, meaning your programming is grounded in sport science, biomechanics, and evidence-based training principles. Whether you're looking to build strength, improve athletic performance, or simply move and feel better, you’ll receive coaching designed around your body, your goals, and your life.

  • Cupping therapy uses specialized cups to create suction on the skin, pulling the underlying tissue upward to increase blood flow, facilitate lymphatic drainage, release muscle tension, and promote tissue healing. It's particularly effective for tight muscles, myofascial restrictions, and on areas of entrapped nerves.

  • Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM) uses specially designed stainless steel tools to detect and treat areas of scar tissue, fascial restriction, and soft tissue dysfunction that hands alone may not fully reach. The tools amplify tactile feedback, allowing for highly targeted treatment of chronic or stubborn problem areas such as a nagging Achilles, a shoulder that never quite healed right, or a neck that's been stiff for years. IASTM is especially effective for breaking down old scar tissue, improving tissue extensibility, and restoring pain-free movement in areas that have been compensating for too long.

  • With extensive experience in screening athletes, we utilized a combination of tests including dynamometry measured muscle strength, hop distance and symmetry tests, agility tests, movement screens, and psychological readiness tests to ensure you know exactly what to work on to get back to your sport.

  • We ensure to take the time to educate you on your condition. We’ll explain exactly what is going on, how our treatments will effect it, and how long it should take to get better.
